I do migration architecture reviews, Audit gates validation, Migration support for app, infra and compliance team, and post-migration analysis with documentation. Currently we are achieving 15+ apps/ person/ migration cycle.

• Design Doc Review: Take ownership of the application bundles and involve in initial/ revised reviews, task creations, non-prod ticket tracking and Audit gate findings, sync up with the factory team.
• Knowledge sharing: Educate team members, 3rd party vendors, and app-dev team members.
• Ticket tracking: Track the tickets related to design doc review and update the task tracker regularly about Firewall/ Network/ MaaS and Authentication related tickets.
• Audit Gates: Check all non-prod and prod activities’ completion status, identify the pending issues, do root cause analysis, send a report to the migration DL and update the summary.
• Migration Event support: A 12 weeks cycle activity, which involves data collection from design doc, preparation of Migration Event workshops, monitor ticket creation checklist, follow-up with all app-dev team members every week in status call, updates notes and task tracker for each week in internal tools, migration metadata updates, sync up with app-dev members, involvement of other team-leads if issues persist, tracking and validation of prod tickets, Cutover tasks validation and approval monitoring, make sure all required resources get the invite of cutover, lesson learned creation.
