I have known Rajesh for close to four years now. I have found him to be very meticulous in the work. He has been part of agile methodology and is comfortable with production release and management. He has worked in MMO, WCF and now in Websites. In every field, he learns the new frameworks and techniques. He takes time to read and learn the technical details. He attends technical sessions and follow the latest news. I learn new from him whenever I interact with him.
